Squad 47 collaborated with the creative team at Oglivy to create some y2k-inspired social animations to advertise their products. In collaboration with our own creative team, I developed some eye-catching motion graphics to do just that.
Below is an initial storyboard I was provided that illustrated the general flow and vibe they were going for.
To better understand how UI elements in a Windows 95 or similar enviornment worked, I took to the internet to review screen recordings, gifs, videos, and even immerse myself in a Windows 95 emulator to experience for myself how everything looked.

With some creative liberties and stylistic choices I combined some of the classic UI animations of the late 1900s and early 2000s with some smooth motion design of today's age. Below is the final product!
